Scone Reflection Day! Foods Games Day! 

Scone Cooking Day! Remember:  Lab Group Assignments -  Head Chef Prep Cooks x 2 Dishwasher IMPORTANT!!!!  Only 1 group member to teacher station to pick up your lab group bin - with aprons, cloths, additional product items. One member of your group to get your recipe duo tang for reference. * Head Chef. Once your group has prepped your scones PLEASE be very careful putting them in and taking them out of the oven. Only place the tray on top of the oven OR on a cooking rack.  Prep Cooks OR Dishwasher - prep/set your tables while scones are being cooked by head chef. Plates/cutlery/extra butter etc. At the end of the lab all group members to assist with final clean up, final sanitization of counters and sweeping of your area.  All used aprons and dish towels to the front laundry hamper for washing.

How To Measure Ingredients - THE RIGHT WAY 👍🏻(Dry and Wet) Task:  In your lab groups! Make a poster with ALL of the top measuring tips that you learned from the video! Poster due for end of class! Make sure all group names are on your poster.  Looking for: Creativity/Pictures/Colour and Correct Info. Remember - you can go to today's blog post via the school site or via our class team on Teams to access the above video if you and your group wish to view the video again. Hand in for end of class.
